Issuing Certificates for Completed Assignments

Follow these steps to issue certificates for completed assignments:
  1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard:

    • Navigate to the Admin section using the sidebar menu.
  2. Access the Course Assignments Page:

    • Click on Course Assignments under the Admin menu.
  3. Choose the User:

    • Locate the user who has completed the assignment.
    • Click on the user’s name to open their assignment details.
  4. Access the Certificates Section:

    • Click on the Certificates tab to begin creating a certificate for the user.
  5. Create a Certificate:

    • Click on Create Certificate to initiate the certificate creation process.
  6. Fill in Certificate Details:

    • Duration Type: Select the type of duration for the certificate (e.g., days, months, etc.).
    • Duration: Enter the duration period for the certificate’s validity.
    • Expiry Date: Set the expiry date for the certificate.
    • Enter Description: Provide a description of the assignment or the achievement the certificate represents.
    • Criteria: Define the completion criteria or pass requirements for the assignment.
    • Skills: List the skills gained through the assignment or course.
  7. Save the Certificate:

    • Review all details to ensure accuracy.
    • Click Save to issue and save the certificate for the user.

Tips for Issuing Certificates

  • Double-Check Details: Ensure all information, including the duration and expiry, is accurate before issuing the certificate.
  • Clear Descriptions: Provide a concise and clear description that reflects the user’s achievement in the assignment.
  • Track Certificates: Keep a record of all issued certificates for future reference or compliance purposes.
  • Skills Focus: Emphasize the specific skills gained in the certificate to align with the user’s professional development.
